Staking: Metamask PC

This tutorial provides a detailed guide on how to Stake your Elongate tokens in the Staking Vault using MetaMask for Desktop.

Before You Stake

• Ensure that you have ELONGATE Tokens in a MetaMask wallet.

• A small amount of BNB (BEP-20) for BNB Smart Chain (BSC) network transaction fees.

• If you do not have ELONGATE Tokens please visit the How to Buy page.

• Read the Staking Vault info page and the Staking FAQ page.

How to Stake

1. Go to https://stake.elongate.cc

2. If a disclaimer appears, please read and check the “I agree” box if you agree, then select “Confirm”.

3. Ensure that your MetaMask extension has the Binance Smart Chain network selected.
4. Select the “Connect” button in the top right corner of the staking web page.
5. Choose MetaMask in the following menu.
6. A MetaMask notification should appear. Select “Next”.
7. You will now be prompted to connect your wallet. Select “Connect”.
8. If successful, you should see your wallet address in the top right corner of the staking vault page.
9. Select “Enable Vault”. This enables the staking vault on your wallet.
10. A MetaMask notification will appear. Select “Confirm” to enable the staking vault. Note: Enabling the vault requires a small amount of BNB for the Binance Smart Chain network fee.
11. After selecting “Confirm” a loading icon will appear on the page. Please wait for your transaction to confirm, the loading icon will disappear and the “Stake” button will now be available. NOTE: If the loading icon does not disappear after a minute or two, refresh the page and reconnect your wallet.

12. Enter the number of tokens you would like to stake under the “STAKE ELONGATE'' section. You can select the “Max” option to input the total number of tokens in your wallet.
13. Use the slider to choose your lock time, ranging from 15 days to 180 days. You can receive a bonus of up to 3% for the max lock time of 180 days. Your bonus amount is displayed below the slider.
14. Select the “Stake “ button.
15. A MetaMask notification will appear. Select “Confirm” to confirm the transaction.

16. A loading icon will appear on the page. Please wait for your transaction to confirm, when the transaction is confirmed the loading icon will disappear. NOTE: If the loading icon does not disappear after a minute or two, proceed to the next step.

17. Refresh the page and connect your wallet, you will see the total amount of your staked tokens beside “Your Stake”.
